摘 要:鸡蛋品质可分为外在品质和内在品质两方面。外在品质往往关注蛋壳质量与蛋壳颜色;内在品质关注的是蛋内容物品质、蛋黄颜色等。饲粮营养水平可以影响鸡蛋品质,其中维生素D参与钙吸收与利用,是家禽正常生长、骨骼发育所必不可少的维生素,日粮中添加维生素D可以提高蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质。文章概述了维生素D的生物学功能、日粮中的主要添加形式、应用以及蛋鸡体内消化吸收代谢方式,综述了维生素D调控蛋壳质量、蛋壳颜色、蛋内容物品质的研究进展,分析可能的作用机制,为提升鸡蛋品质提供参考。Egg quality can be divided into two aspects:External quality and internal quality.External quality is often concerned with eggshell quality and eggshell color.Internal quality is concerned with the quality of egg contents,yolk color and so on.Dietary nutrient level can affect egg quality,among which vitamin D is involved in calcium absorption and utilization,and is an essential vitamin for normal growth and bone development of poultry.Dietary supplementation of vitamin D can improve the performance and egg quality of laying hens.In the paper,the biological functions of vitamin D,the main supplemental forms and applications of vitamin D in diets,as well as the digestion,absorption and metabolism patterns in laying hens were reviewed.The research progress on the regulation of eggshell quality,eggshell color and egg content quality of vitamin D was reviewed,and the possible mechanisms of action were analyzed to provide references for improving egg quality.
