检查前禁食对口服荧光素共焦激光眼底血管造影的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨检查前禁食对口服荧光素共焦激光眼底血管造影(Oral FA)的影响。方法回顾性病例研究。分析2018年1月至2022年06月行Oral FA检查的患者59例。其中检查前禁食的患者26例,检查前未禁食的患者33例;观察两组最早显影时间、不良反应情况;2位高年资眼底病医师独立读片并对图像评分。结果两组患者性别构成、年龄和体重分布差异均无统计学意义(P=0.725;P=0.101;P=0.396)。所有患者口服荧光素钠1.0 g后均未出现不良反应;检查前禁食组口服荧光素钠眼底血管最早显影时间平均(10.56±4.78)min,与非禁食组(18.22±3.51)min相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。禁食组图像质量分级优于非禁食组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028;P=0.020)。禁食、体重和性别对Oral FA最早显影时间有影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.001;P=0.007;P=0.019)。结论检查前禁食可以缩短Oral FA最早显影时间,并可提供更好的图像质量。Objective To observe the effect of fasting before examination on oral fluorescein angiography with the scanning laser ophthalmoscope.Methods Retrospective study.A retrospective analysis of 59 cases of patients with a history of drug allergy who had oral fluorescein sodium confocal laser fundus angiography from January 2018 to June 2022.Two senior ophthalmologists independently interpreted the angiograms and scored the images.Results There was no significant difference in gender composition,age and weight distribution between the two groups.No adverse reactions occurred in all patients after ingestion 1.0 g fluorescein sodium.The average time for dye entry into the retinal circulationafter ingestion in fasting group was 10.56±4.78min,which was significantly different from that in non-fasting group(P<0.001).The image quality of fasting group was better than that of non-fasting group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Fasting,body weight and sex have effects on the time for dye entry into the retinal circulationafter ingestion of Oral FA(P<0.001,P=0.007,P=0.019)。Conclusions Fasting before examination can shorten the time for dye entry into the retinal circulationafter ingestion in Oral FA and provide better image quality.
