摘　　要：经济高质量发展离不开科技创新驱动,需要政府、高校、企业、社会等多方协同以应对科技创新过程中面临的人才、资金、政策等一系列挑战。地方应用型高校开展“双创”教育具有重要意义,但在师资人才、实践环境等几个方面普遍存在一些问题。泉州师范学院引入“双一流”高校本地校友会,参与应用型高校“双创”基地高校科技园建设,构建应用型高校、“双一流”高校、地方政府、本地企业四方协同的“校校地企”创新创业模式。相关研究成果对地方同类应用型高校及所在城市开展“双创”教育、推动地方经济转型升级具有一定的参考价值。High quality economic development cannot be achieved without the drive of technological innovation,which requires the collaboration of government,universities,enterprises,society and other parties to address a series of challenges,such as talent,funding,policies,etc.This article elaborated on the importance of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in local applied-oriented universities,and analyzed the main problems that existed from several aspects such as talents and practical environment.Taking Quanzhou Normal University as an example,the local alumni association of“Double First Class”has been introduced to participate in the construction of applied universities’innovation and entrepreneurship bases.A“University-University-Government-Enterprise”innovation and entrepreneurship model is constructed,which is coordinated by applied universities,double first class universities,local government,and local enterprises.The relevant research results have reference value for local applied universities and cities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education,and promote local economic transformation and upgrading.
