升阳益胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱型肠易激综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察升阳益胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱型肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法:选取确诊的脾胃虚弱型肠易激综合征患者68例,随机分为两组各34例。对照组予匹维溴铵片治疗,治疗组予升阳益胃汤治疗,两组均治疗4周。采用IBS症状严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)、中医证候积分及生活质量积分(IBS-QOL量表)评估患者临床疗效及生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗组IBS-SSS评分总有效率和中医证候积分总有效率分别为88.24%和94.12%,对照组分别为61.76%和70.59%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组IBS-SSS总积分均明显下降(P﹤0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组总积分明显降低(P﹤0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组患者大便溏泻、畏食生冷、易出汗、食少纳差、乏力懒言证候积分均明显下降(P﹤0.05)。两组患者IBS-QOL总积分均明显升高(P﹤0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组明显升高(P﹤0.05)。结论:升阳益胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱型肠易激综合征临床效果显著,能明显改善临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengyang Yiwei decoction on irritable bowel syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach type.Methods:68 cases of diagnosed patients with irritable bowel syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach type were selected and randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pinaverium bromide tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Shengyang Yiwei decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and improvement of quality of life of patients were evaluated by IBS symptom severity scale(IBS-SSS),TCM syndrome score and quality of life scale(IBS-QOL scale).Results:The total effective rates of IBS-SSS score and TCM syndrome score of treatment group were 88.24%and 94.12%respectively,while those of control group were 61.76%and 70.59%respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment in both groups,the total score of IBS-SSS was decreased significantly(P﹤0.05);and compared with the control group,the total score of treatment group was decreased more significantly(P﹤0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes such as loose stool,fear of raw or cold food,sweating easily,eating less and poor appetite,fatigue and feebly speaking of patients in treatment group were decreased significantly(P﹤0.05).In both groups,the total score of IBS-QOL of patients was significantly increased(P﹤0.05);and compared with the control group,the treatment group was more significantly increased(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Shengyang Yiwei decoction on irritable bowel syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach type is significant,which can obviously improve clinical symptoms and enhance the quality of life.
