摘　　要：目的:对美国学者Gibbs等开发的测评人群营养素养的工具—NLit量表及其拓展版本进行总结,探究其开发与修订过程,为未来开发新的营养测评工具提供参考依据。方法:采用文献研究法,搜集、整理NLit量表的相关文献,对其内容、开发过程及应用现状进行归纳总结。结果:归纳了NLit量表及其拓展量表,如NLit-S、NLit-P、NLit-Bca等在内的多个营养素养测评工具,并总结其优缺点。结论:NLit量表对于营养素养测评工具的开发提供了一个很好的范例,但其在样本量、样本代表性、填写时间等方面仍存在不足,在今后的量表开发中可加强数学模型的应用,开发出不同年龄段专属的营养测评工具。【Objective】To summarize the NLit scale and its expanded version,a tool developed by American scholars Gibbs et al.Provide a reference for the development of new nutritional assessment tools in the future.【Method】The literature research method was used to collect and organize the relevant literature of the NLit scale,and to summarize its content,development process and application status.【Result】The NLit scale and its extended scales,such as NLit-S,NLit-P,NLit-Bca,etc.,were summarized,and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized.【Conclusion】The NLit scale can provide a good example for the development of nutrient nutrition assessment tools,but it still has shortcomings in terms of sample size,sample representativeness,and filling time.In the future scale development,the application of mathematical models can be strengthened.Develop nutrition assessment tools for different age groups.
