摘　　要：目的:针对蜂王浆(RJ)的营养成分、功效,以及在围绝经期女性中的应用和疗效进行综述,以期为RJ的进一步研究和应用提供参考。方法:通过查阅Web of Science、CNKI、PubMed、EMBASE等数据库对RJ研究的国内外文献进行搜集、整理、选择、提炼,并做出综合性介绍和阐述。结果:RJ是一种具有多种功效的蜂产品,在围绝经期女性中,它可通过激活雌激素受体起到改善围绝经期综合征症状评分、泌尿生殖系统症状以及血脂水平的作用。RJ安全性较高,过敏反应罕见,激素含量通常远低于牛奶或一般动物源性食物的雌激素检测限或定量限。结论:RJ可缓解围绝经期综合征症状、改善围绝经期女性的血脂水平。【Objective】To review the nutritional composition,efficacy,and application and efficacy of royal jelly(RJ)in perimenopausal women,in order to provide reference for further research and application of RJ.【Method】We checked Web of Science,CNKI,PubMed,EMBASE and other databases,collected,sorted,selected,and refined the domestic and foreign literature on RJ research,and made comprehensive introduction and elaboration.【Result】As a bee product with multiple functions,RJ can improve perimenopausal syndrome symptom scores,genitourinary symptoms and blood lipid levels by activating estrogen receptors in perimenopausal women.RJ has a high safety profile,allergic reactions are rare,and the hormone content is usually well below the limit of detection or quantification of estrogen in milk or general animal-derived foods.【Conclusion】RJ can relieve symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome and improve blood lipid levels in perimenopausal woman.
