健康中国战略下医学图书馆面向医护科研人员的智慧服务研究

摘　　要：提升医生和护士的临床科研能力成为我国建设健康中国的重要内容。文章以医护科研人员为研究对象,选用Wilson信息行为模型和于良芝信息搜寻行为情境为理论基础,采用问卷调查法和访谈法对医护科研人员的科研行为展开研究。研究结果显示,医护科研人员可细分为科研成熟型群体、科研进阶型群体、科研起步型群体和护理人员科研潜在群体。针对不同群体的科研需求,医学高校图书馆应从服务定位、服务形式、服务内容和服务目标等角度,为医护科研人员提供智慧化服务。To improve the clinical scientific research ability of doctors and nurses has become an important content in the construction of healthy China.Taking medical scientific researchers as the research object and adopting the Wilson information behavior model and the situation of information searching behavior proposed by Yu Liangzhi as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the research behavior and current situation of medical scientific researchers by using questionnaire survey method and expert interview method.The results show that medical researchers could be subdivided into mature group,advanced group,start-up group and potential group.According to the scientific research needs of different groups,medical university libraries should adopt intelligent service mode from the perspectives of service positioning,service form,service content and service objective.
