摘　　要：在“双一流”建设背景下,精准情报服务已经成为图书馆支撑一流学科建设的服务创新点和转型之路。文章设计精准情报服务框架与模式,从“服务需求”、“服务内容”、“服务模式”和“成效评价”四个维度,构建“以用户需求为基础、以情报服务精准化为内容、以嵌入业务全流程为模式、以‘双一流’建设目标为成效”的服务框架,并以北京工业大学图书馆为例,介绍针对不同用户需求开展的实践,通过精准情报服务的实施路径,以期为图书馆服务“双一流”建设提供创新思路。Under the background of“Double first⁃class”construction,precision information service has become a service innovation point and transformation path for libraries to support the construction of first⁃class disciplines.This article designs a precision information service model and framework from the four dimensions of“service demand”,“service content”,“service mode”and“effectiveness evalua⁃tion”,builds a service framework which is“based on user needs,with the precision information service as the content,embedded in the entire process of teaching,scientific research,management and deci⁃sion⁃making as the model,and with the goal of building a double first⁃class as the result”.Taking the library of Beijing University of Technology as an example,in order to introduce the practice carried out to different user needs,and through the implementation path of precision information service to provide innovative ideas for the construction of“dual first⁃class”library services.
