摘 要:博士后科研人才是促进高校科技创新和提升国家科技竞争力的生力军。系统梳理相关文献发现,我国博士后科研人才管理制度主要有五类研究视角,即历史发展视角、制度本体视角、主体感知视角、问题识别视角和困局疏解视角。当前学界对博士后制度的演变趋势、实践成效、态度体验、现实困境与改进策略积累了一定的成果,但也存在研究范畴模糊空泛、实证数据支撑不足、理论视角和学术视野薄弱的问题。未来亟需形成由“点”到“面”的整合性研究思维,创建大规模博士后调查数据库,开展循证研究,并构建不同学科交叉融合、理论与实践紧密联系的研究共同体。Postdoctoral scientific research talents become a new force to promote scientific and technological innovation in universities and enhance national scientific and technological competitiveness.Through systematic review of relevant re-search results,it is found that there are currently five main research perspectives on the management system of postdoctoral research talents in China,namely the historical development perspective,the institutional ontology perspective,the subjective perception perspective,the problem identification perspective,and the dilemma resolution perspective.Existing research has accumulated some achievements on the evolution trend,historical achievements,attitude experience,practical difficulties and improvement strategies of the postdoctoral system,but there are also problems such as vague and vague research scope,lack of empirical data support,and weak theoretical and academic perspectives.In the future,there is an urgent need to form an integrated research thinking from point to surface,create a large-scale postdoctoral survey database,carry out evidence-based research,and build a research community with cross integration of different disciplines and close integration of theory and practice.
