摘 要:为了研究矿井不同湿度环境下对旋风机内流场及气动噪声的影响特性,采用大涡模拟和FW-H声学模型对环境相对湿度分别为0、25%、50%、70%、80%、90%、100%条件下对旋风机流场进行数值模拟,分析内流场涡结构及气动噪声变化规律。结果表明:随着相对湿度增大,风机静压、功率和效率均呈线性趋势降低,风机叶顶泄露涡强度降低,在进出口的监测点上,声压级均有不同程度的降低;相对湿度每升高10%,压升降低2.08%左右,功率降低1.9%左右,效率降低0.57%左右,各监控点A声级降低0.9%。In order to study the influence of different humidity environment on the flow field performance and aerodynamic noise of a counter-rotating axial-flow fan in the mine,the flow field of the fan is numerically simulated with large eddy simulation and FW-H acoustic model under the relative humidity of the environment was 0,25%,50%,70%,80%,90% and 100%,and vortex structure and aerodynamic noise variation in internal flow field is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of relative humidity,and the static pressure,power and efficiency of the fan decrease roughly in a linear trend,the intensity of tip leakage vortex decreases.At the monitoring points of inlet and outlet,the average sound pressure level decreases to varying degrees.When the relative humidity increases by 10%,the pressure rise decreases by about 2.08%,the power decreases by about 1.9%,the efficiency decreases by about 0.57%,and the sound level A at each monitoring point decreases by 0.9%.
