摘　　要：成人凹面畸形的非手术治疗可运用多学科联合诊治,通过颌位重建及牙正畸治疗,再进行前牙微笑美学设计修复,可达到整体颜面部美学协调。本文对1例凹面畸形患者采用上颌解剖式垫和常规固定托槽进行颌位及牙矫治,再运用功能微笑设计原理制作前牙修复体。治疗后,患者髁突位置进入正中关系位,上下牙弓弧度和咬合关系恢复正常,美学效果良好。The non-surgical treatment of adult concave deformity can be achieved by interdisciplinary solution,which includes condylar relocation,fixed orthodontic,and functional occlusion smile design anterior prosthesis.In this study,an adult patient with concave deformity were treated by maxillary occlusal splint,conventional fixed brackets,and upper anterior teeth porcelain veneers to lead mandibular condyle to centric relation,to correct the dental arches for functional occlusion,and to gain the final desired esthetic achievement after treatments.
