摘 要:我国老年人口基数庞大,增速较快,预计到2030年将超过3亿,占全国总人口比值将超过20%。老年人对国家的经济发展、社会和谐稳定有着决定性影响。营养是延缓身心功能减退、降低慢性疾病发生发展风险、实现健康老龄化的基石。现探讨老年人营养不良状况、评价标准及防控措施,并提出一些针对老年营养不良预防与干预的建议,为老年人营养不良的诊疗提供参考。China′s elderly population base is large and the growth rate is fast.It is expected to exceed 300 million by 2030,accounting for more than 20%of the total population.The elderly have a decisive influence on the country′s economic development,social harmony,and stability.Nutrition is the cornerstone of delaying the decline of physical and mental function,reducing the risk of the occurrence and development of chronic diseases and realizing healthy aging.This paper aims to discuss the current situation,evaluation criteria and prevention and control measures of malnutrition in the elderly,and put forward some suggestions on prevention and intervention of malnutrition in the elderly,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of malnutrition in the elderly.
