摘  要:对外传播工作关乎我国在国际舆论场的话语权和行动力,是新时代中国特色社会主义建设的客观要求。在对外传播工作中,除了中央媒体“外宣旗舰媒体”的主导作用,省、市、县等不同身份的地方媒体同样发挥着不容忽视的作用。基于此,归纳了地方媒体做好对外传播工作的实际意义和存在问题,指出了地方媒体应抓住传播意识、传播结构、传播内容、传播渠道、传播效果5个着力点,提升对外传播综合水平,为我国对外传播工作贡献力量。The work of external communication is related to the country s voice and action in the international public opinion field,and is an objective requirement for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In the external communication work,in addition to the leading role of the central media as the“flagship media for external propaganda”,local media at different level such as provinces,cities,and counties also play a role that cannot be ignored.Based on this,the practical significance and existing problems of the local media s external communication work are summarized,and it is pointed out that the local media should grasp the five focus points of communication awareness,including communication structure,communication content,communication channels,and communication effects to improve the overall quality of external communication.In this way it will contribute to the country s foreign communication work.
