摘 要:为筛选富硒能力较好、产量稳定且综合性状好的工厂化适栽秀珍菇菌株,并掌握其富硒规律,对10个低温刺激型秀珍菇菌株开展了耐硒水平、富硒能力、栽培出菇特性测试,并对不同菌龄菌棒出菇的子实体、子实体不同部位及不同生长发育期的硒含量进行检测。结果表明,在0~100 mg·L^(-1)Na_(2)SeO_(3)固体培养基上秀珍188、秀珍195和永州6号的耐硒能力较强;在0~10.0 mg·L^(-1)Na_(2)SeO_(3)液体发酵培养基中永州6号、秀珍P-6和台秀57富硒能力较高;综合出菇栽培表现,筛选确定永州6号为优良富硒菌株。永州6号秀珍菇菌棒菌龄为120~160 d出菇的子实体硒含量较高且稳定,菌盖的富硒能力高于菌柄,菇蕾期子实体硒含量最高。该试验结果为富硒秀珍菇栽培菌株选择及生产提供理论依据。In order to screen the Pleurotus pulmonarius strains suitable for industrial cultivation with good selenium enrichment ability,stable yield and good comprehensive characteristics,and to master its selenium enrichment rule,ten low-temperature stimulated P.pulmonarius were tested for selenium tolerance ability,selenium enrichment ability and cultivation characteristics.Selenium content in the fruit bodies harvested from rods with different ages,the fruit bodies at different growth stages,and different parts of fruit bodies were detected.The results showed that,when cultured in solid medium with 0-100 mg·L^(-1) Na_(2)SeO_(3),the three strains with strong selenium tolerance were Xiuzhen 188,Xiuzhen 195 and Yongzhou 6.Yongzhou 6,Xiuzhen P-6 and Taixiu 57 were the strains with high selenium enrichment in mycelia when cultured in liquid fermentation medium with Na_(2)SeO_(3) in 0-10.0 mg·L^(-1).Based on the selenium tolerance level,selenium enrichment ability and cultivation performance,Yongzhou 6 was selected as the excellent selenium-enriched strain.The fruit bodies of P.pulmonarius Yongzhou 6 were harvested from the artificial bed-logs with the age of 120 to 160 days had high and stable selenium content,and the selenium enrichment ability of the pileus was higher than that of the stalk,and the selenium content in fruit body was the highest at the bud stage.The results provided theoretical basis for the selection and production of selenium-enriched P.pulmonarius.
