摘  要:采用简单的低温化学合成法和超声处理成功制备了三氧化钨/乙炔黑复合材料(WO_(3)/AB),由于AB的加入,提高了WO_(3)的导电性和分散性,增强了对乙基麦芽酚(Ethyl maltol,EMA)氧化的催化性能,通过滴涂的方式将WO_(3)/AB复合材料修饰在玻碳电极(GCE)上,构建WO_(3)/AB/GCE传感器用于EMA的灵敏检测。所制备WO_(3)/AB传感器的浓度线性范围为1~200μmol/L,检测限为0.18μmol/L。此外,WO_(3)/AB传感器在实际样品一滴香中EMA检测时具有良好的回收率(96.3%~108.4%),相对标准偏差<5%。以上结果表明该WO_(3)/AB传感器具有较强的重复性和高稳定性,在灵敏检测食品中的调味添加剂方面具有巨大潜力。A tungsten trioxide/acetylene black composite(WO_(3)/AB)was successfully prepared by a simple low-temperature chemical synthesis and ultrasonic treatment.The addition of AB improved the electrical conductivity and dispersion of WO_(3)and enhanced the catalytic performance for ethyl maltol(EMA)oxidation,and the WO_(3)/AB composite was modified on a glassy carbon electrode(GCE)by drop coating to construct a WO_(3)/AB/GCE sensor for the sensitive detection of EMA.The linear range of the prepared WO_(3)/AB sensor was from 1 to 200μmol/L,and the detection limit was 0.18μmol/L.In addition,the WO_(3)/AB sensor had good recoveries(96.3%~108.4%)with the relative standard deviations less than 5%for the detection of EMA in a drop of actual sample.The above results indicate that this WO_(3)/AB sensor has strong reproducibility and high stability,and has great potential for sensitive detection of flavor additives in foods.
