摘　　要：作为舆论评判的重要范畴,道德监督旨在借助社会舆论来纠正道德失范言行,维护道德在社会公共领域的地位,实现广大社会成员道德认同和社会和谐发展。网络道德监督是以网络为媒介,对公共活动或热点事件进行价值判定的特殊道德实践行为。作为广泛的社会动员,网络道德监督有积极效应,但也常因技术工具异化、道德敏感钝化、天然规范式微、道德信任弱化等主客观因素,存在着蕴含并演化为破坏性力量的可能。面对网络生存的客观现实,网络舆论影响力和风险性激增的严峻形势,从技术向善、理性精神和法治力量等方面着力规范网络道德监督是建设风清气正网络空间和充分发挥道德力量的必然要求。As an important category of the judgement of public opinion,moral supervision aims to correct moral anomie by means of public opinion,maintain the status of morality in social public domains,and realize the moral recognition and the harmonious development of social members.Network moral supervision is a special moral practice that uses the network as the medium to judge the value of public activities or hot events.Network moral supervision plays an active role because of its social mobilization ability.Besides,it is also possible to contain and evolve into destructive forces due to subjective and objective factors such as alienation of technical tools,inactivation of moral sensitivity,decline of natural norms,weakening of moral trust,etc.Facing the objective reality of the existence of the network and the severe situation of the surge in the influence and risk of the network public opinion,it is an inevitable requirement to make efforts to standardize the network moral supervision from the aspects of technology for the good,rational spirit and the power of the rule of law to build a clean and healthy network space and give full play to the moral power.
