摘 要:目的评估3D打印穿刺导板在微球囊压迫治疗三叉神经痛中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我科收治的37例三叉神经痛患者,分为观察组19例和对照组18例。观察组采用3D打印穿刺导板辅助下微球囊压迫治疗,对照组采用传统的微球囊压迫治疗,比较2组患者的术中指标、治疗效果及术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者的平均手术时间、穿刺卵圆孔次数分别为(9.6±2.3)min、(3.5±0.6)次,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而观察组患者术后疼痛缓解的总有效率和术后并发症与对照组患者对比无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论在微球囊压迫治疗三叉神经痛中,3D打印穿刺导板不仅可以快速、准确穿刺卵圆孔,缩短手术时间,提高手术效率,还不影响手术效果,更适合临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of 3D printing puncture guide plate in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with percutaneous microballoon compression.Methods 37 patients with trigeminal neuralgia in our department were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into observation group(n=19)and control group(n=18).The observation group was treated with 3D printed puncture guide plate assisted percutaneous microballoon compression,while the control group was treated with traditional microballoon compression.The intraoperative indexes,therapeutic effects and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The average operation time and times of foramen ovale puncture in the observation group were(9.6±2.3)min and(3.5±0.6)times,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the total effective rate of postoperative pain relief and postoperative complications in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with percutaneous microballoon compression,the 3D printing puncture guide plate can not only puncture the foramen ovale quickly and accurately,reduce the operation time,improve the operation efficiency,but also not affect the operation effect,which is more suitable for clinical use.
