摘  要:研究生教育是目前我国高等教育当中较为重要的内容,能够为各行各业输送知识丰富、创新能力较强的人才。我国的高校学生数量与导师配置存在一定的失衡问题,使得研究生阶段的导师及团队建设压力较大,甚至在一定程度上影响了研究生培养效果。研究生导师的个人素养与团队协作能力,是影响研究生教育质量的关键。但目前大多数导师在研究生教学阶段的工作能力不足,对研究生培养造成了一定的影响。鉴于此,分析研究生导师团队建设的不足之处、团队建设的必要性与意义,并从认知、规划、实践、效果等层面提出相关的建设策略。Postgraduate education is an important part of China s higher education at present,which can provide talents with rich knowledgeable and strong innovative ability for all walks of life.There is a certain imbalance between the number of college students and the allocation of tutors in China,which makes the tutors and team building in the postgraduate stage more stressful,and even affects the effect of postgraduate training to a certain extent.The personal qualities and teamwork ability of postgraduate tutors are the key to affect the quality of postgraduate education.However,most of the tutors are deficient in their ability to work in the postgraduate teaching stage at present,which has a certain impact on the postgraduate training.In view of this,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of team building for postgraduate tutors,the necessity and significance of team building,and puts forward relevant construction strategies form the aspects of cognition,planning,practice and effect.
