摘 要:隧道工程是我国公共交通线的重要组成部分,盾构法由于施工速度快、对周边扰动小、安全性较高等原因被广泛应用于隧道工程。通过有限元建模,模拟了盾构隧道开挖全过程的变形情况并通过现场的实测数据对数值模拟的结果进行进一步的验证。研究发现在盾构机掘进完成后,隧道中部管片和地表土体发生沉降,而隧道两端的管片发生上抬,且地表亦产生隆起现象。而将实测数据与数值模拟结果进行对比后发现,在开挖中部,管片变形与地表沉降实测值与数值模拟的结果较为接近,但在开挖隧道两端,管片变形与地表沉降实测值与数值模拟的结果存在一些偏差。Tunnel engineering is an important part of China's public transport line.Shield tunneling is widely used in tunnel engineering due to its high construction speed,small disturbance to the surrounding area and high safety.In this paper,the deformation of the whole process of shield tunnel excavation is simulated by finite element modeling,and the results of numerical simulation are further verified by field measured data.It is found that after the shield tunneling is completed,the segments in the middle of the tunnel and the surface soil will settle,while the segments at both ends of the tunnel will rise,and the surface will also rise.After comparing the measured data with the numerical simulation results,it is found that in the middle of the excavation,the measured values of segment deformation and surface settlement are close to the numerical simulation results,but at both ends of the excavation tunnel,there are some deviations between the measured values of segment deformation and surface settlement and the numerical simulation results.
