摘 要:乡村教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,是实现教育现代化和乡村振兴的重要基石。乡村教师是发展乡村教育的主体,然而他们的现实境遇堪忧。调研表明,乡村教师生存质量低于全国常模,也低于教师队伍整体水平。在QOL-BREF的四个领域中,乡村教师在环境领域的得分最低。在乡村教师队伍中,低职称、高学历、高学段、年轻教师、一线教师、低收入群体的生存质量相对较低。面向乡村振兴和教育现代化,需要增强对乡村教师的人文关怀,提高他们的生存质量。要从乡村社区治理的视野出发,改善乡村学校的环境条件;重视年轻教师的生力军作用,给予他们更多的人文关怀;重视一线教师的主力军作用,合理减轻他们的工作负担;发挥生存质量的收入弹性作用,持续提高乡村教师的待遇;发挥师范教育的情怀养成优势,着力培养乡村教育守望者。Rural education is an important part of Chinese education system and cornerstone of realizing educational modernization and rural revitalization.Rural teachers are subject of rural education development,but their realistic situation is still troubling.Survey shows that the quality of life of rural teachers is lower than the national norm and the overall level of teachers.Rural teachers scored the lowest in the environment area among the four areas in QOL-BREF.Among the rural teachers,the quality of life of the teachers with low title and higher educational background,teachers working in higher grades,young teachers,front-line teachers and low-income teachers is relatively low.Facing the rural revitalization and education modernization,it is necessary to strengthen the humanistic care for rural teachers and improve their quality of life.From the perspective of rural community governance,we should improve the environmental conditions of rural schools,At the same time,we should attach importance to the young teachers and give them more humanistic care,pay attention to the front-line teachers and reasonably reduce their work burden;give full play to the income elasticity function of quality of life and continuously improve the treatment of rural teachers;play the advantage of teacher education in nurturing sentiment and make efforts to cultivate rural educators.
