摘 要:针对变压器偏磁状态下的振动噪声问题,研究直流扰动水平与噪声的映射关系。结合一种电磁-机械-声的多物理场耦合方法,构建变压器三维有限元电磁-机械模型,基于电磁-机械耦合原理计算变压器在偏磁效应下电磁参数与构件振动情况,并利用声学仿真模块计算变压器空间声压分布。以三相组式变压器为例,研究多种交直流混杂模式下变压器电磁、振动及噪声变化情况,总结其模-态特征及变化规律。搭建动模实验平台,测量变压器构件振动和噪声参数,并将其与仿真数据进行对比,验证文中方法与结论的正确性。最后建立变压器偏磁状态下直流扰动水平与噪声参数的映射关系,利用可量测参量表征不可量测的异常信息,进而为偏磁监测、评估与抑制提供支持。This paper explores the mapping relationship between DC disturbance level and noise in response to the problem of vibration and noise of transformers under the condition of transformer magnetic bias.With a multi-physical field coupling method of electromagnetic mechanical acoustic,the three-dimensional finite element electromagnetic mechanical model of the transformer is constructed.Based on the electromagnetic mechanical coupling principle,the electromagnetic parameters and vibration of the transformer under the magnetic bias effect are calculated,and the acoustic model is used to calculate the distribution of the spatial sound pressure level of the transformer.Taking a three-phase group transformer as an example,the changes of electromagnetic,vibration and noise of the transformer under various AC/DC hybrid modes are studied,and the mode state characteristics and change rules are summarized.The dynamic simulation experiment platform is built to measure the vibration and noise parameters of transformer components,and compare them with the simulation data to verify the correctness of the methods and conclusions proposed in this paper.Finally,the mapping relationship between DC disturbance level and noise parameters is established under the condition of transformer magnetic bias.The change of immeasurable parameters is characterized by measurable ones,which provides support the monitoring,evaluation,and suppression of magnetic bias.
