摘  要:为了应对分布式电源新能源汽车大规模接入配电网带来的监测、运行和控制方面的新挑战,近些年,同步相量测量装置(phase measurement unit,PMU)在配电网得到广泛研究及初步应用。建立了考虑实际约束的0-1整数规划的PMU配置模型,能获取配电网中的最优PMU配置,并考虑系统的时空相关性提出了电力系统节点重要度的衡量指标,指导PMU装置有限情况下的布点方案,并且提出了基于伪量测构造及状态估计方法,能在PMU布点不满足全局拓扑可观性的情况下估计电网状态并且弥补系统可观性。通过在多个测试案例上验证了所提算法的有效性和实用性。To meet the new challenges in monitoring,operation and control brought about by the access of distributed power sources and the large-scale access of new energy vehicles to the distribution network,the phase measurement unit(PMU)has been widely studied and initially applied in recent years.This paper proposes an integer programming PMU configuration model considering zero-injection nodes in the distribution network,which effectively reduces the number of PMU in the distribution network.A measure of the importance of power system nodes is proposed,which guides the layout scheme of PMU devices under limited conditions,and a pseudo-measurement structure and state estimation method are proposed,which can estimate the power grid state and make up for the system observability when the PMU layout does not satisfy the topology observability.Finally,the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed algorithm are verified on multiple test cases.
