摘  要:光伏电池片在焊接时对定位精度要求较高,针对电池片串焊过程中位置发生偏转问题,提出了高精度形态学检测方法。与传统的图像检测方法不同的是,形态学检测方法采用加权处理中心坐标策略。通过五栅多晶硅光伏电池片对形态学检测方法与传统方法进行性能比较。实验结果表明:该方法的性能优于传统方法,且在不同光照条件下也能够精确地检测出电池片的偏转角和中心坐标。Photovoltaic cell sheet requires high positioning precision during welding,aiming at the problem of position deflection in the process of serial welding of cell sheet,a high-precision morphological detection method is proposed.Different from the traditional image detection method,the morphological detection method adopts a weighted processing center coordinate strategy.The performance of the morphological detection method and the traditional method is compared through the five-gate polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic cell sheet.The experimental results show that the performance of this method is better than that of the traditional method,and the deflection angle and center coordinate of the cell sheet can be accurately detected under different illumination conditions.
