摘  要:慕课的兴起使无数在线学习者受益。通过在线开放课程的深度学习体验,慕课学习者究竟学到了什么。慕课建设者是否非常清楚“什么值得教”,以及“如何教才能让学习者获益最大”。采用分层抽样方法,通过对中国大学MOOC平台国家精品在线开放课程“心理学与生活”中500多条学习者评论进行内容分析发现:教师优质讲授、课程内容吸引力、学习方式便捷、学习成果认证保证等方面促进了学习者学习效果的提升;学习者在增长心理学知识、增强生活体验、提高反思能力、学习知识发生迁移和解决新问题等方面受到不同程度影响。Countless online learners have benefited from the rising of Massive Open Online Courses(MOOCs).What have MOOC learners learned through the deep learning experience of MOOCs?Do the builders of MOOCs have a clear idea of“what is worth teaching”and“how to teach to maximize the benefits for learners”?By using stratified sampling methods,this paper analyzes the content of more than 500 learners' comments in the national boutique online open course“Psychology and Life”on MOOC platform of Chinese universities.It is found that the quality of teachers lectures,the attractiveness of course contents,the convenience of learning methods and the guarantee of learning achievement certification have promoted the improvement of learners learning effect;Online learners are influenced to some extent in increasing psychological knowledge,enhancing life experience,improving reflective ability,transferring learning knowledge and solving new problems.
