摘 要:腹腔镜手术机器人的出现,减轻了患者手术创伤,缩短了术后恢复期,促进了外科手术向着精准化、微创化发展。但是其狭小的手术视野和匮乏的物理反馈,增加了手术的难度。近年来,随着增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)技术的发展,其在医疗领域中逐渐得到广泛的应用。由于其可视化特点,AR技术在外科手术(尤其腹腔镜手术)的术中导航中具有独特优势。在腹腔镜机器人手术中,使用基于AR的术中导航系统可以显著增强外科医生对手术环境的感知能力,有助于提高手术安全性和精准度。本文就当前AR技术的研究进展及其在腹腔镜机器人手术中的应用现状进行综述。The advent of laparoscopic surgical robots has reduced the surgical trauma of patients,shortened the postoperative recovery period,and promoted the development of surgery toward precision and minimally invasive surgery.However,its narrow surgical field of view and lack of physical feedback have increased the difficulty of surgery.In recent years,with the advancement of augmented reality(AR)technology,it has gradually been widely used in the medical field.Due to its visualization characteristics,augmented reality has unique advantages in intraoperative navigation in surgical procedures(especially in laparoscopic surgery).In laparoscopic robotic surgery,the use of an augmented reality-based intraoperative navigation system can significantly enhance the surgeon’s perception of the surgical environment and help improve surgical safety and precision.This paper reviewed current research advances in augmented reality technology and its current status of application in laparoscopic robotic surgery.
