摘  要:主要研究胎面挤出气孔率超出可控范围一倍以上时对全钢载重子午线轮胎实际磨耗的影响。结果表明:胶料配方随停放时间延长,在使用时供胶不足、提高压出速度,挤出胎面气孔率增大明显;挤出的大气孔率胎面硫化胶料的300%定伸应力、撕裂强度、磨耗性能与正常相比均有差异;挤出气孔率超出可控范围一倍以上的胎面生产的轮胎,会损失轮胎使用寿命。This article mainly studies the effect of tread extrusion porosity exceeding the controllable range by more than one time on the actual wear of all-steel radial truck tires.The results showed that with the extension of parking time,the rubber supply was insufficient during use,and increasing the extrusion speed resulted in a significant increase in the porosity of the extruded tread;The 300%constant elongation stress,tear strength,and wear performance of the extruded tire vulcanized rubber with atmospheric porosity are different from those of normal;Tyres with an extrusion porosity that exceeds the controllable range by more than one time will reduce their service life.
