品种和整枝方式对棉籽营养品质的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨简化栽培措施对棉籽营养品质的影响程度,以3种株型棉花品种为试验材料,在中等密度(5.2万株/hm^(2))条件下采用常规整枝和不整枝2种栽培方式管理,测定不同栽培措施下不同结铃部位棉籽中的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量。结果表明,整枝措施对棉籽中粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量均有显著影响,整枝能提高果枝铃棉籽中的粗蛋白含量,降低果枝铃棉籽中的粗脂肪含量;整枝措施和品种类型对棉籽中粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量均没有互作效应,而品种类型和结铃部位对棉籽中粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量互作效应显著。总之,简化栽培措施主要影响棉籽的粗脂肪含量,下一步提高棉籽脂肪含量应作为棉花育种的主要目标。The main objective of the study is to explore the effects of simplified cultivation on nutritional quality of cotton seed.Using three kinds of plant type cotton varieties as the test materials,under moderate plant density(52000 plants/ha)and by two cultivation measures of conventional pruning and non pruning,the content of crude protein and crude fat of cotton seed in different boll setting sites under different cultivation measures was determined.The results showed that pruning measure had significant effects on crude protein content and crude fat content of cotton seed.The crude protein content of cotton seed in twig boll was increased by pruning measure,while the crude fat content of cotton seed in twig boll was decreased.There was no significant interaction effect between pruning measure and variety types on crude protein and crude fat content of cotton seed.While the interaction between variety types and boll setting sites was significant on crude protein and crude fat content of cotton seed.In conclusion,simplified cultivation measures could mainly affect the crude fat content of cotton seeds.In the next step,increasing the fat content of cotton seed should be the main goal of cotton breeding.
