摘  要:针对某纯电动汽车永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)+机械自动变速器(automated manual transmission,AMT)系统,建立动力传动系统数学模型,分析驱动电机及无离合器两挡AMT的换挡过程,制定PMSM协调AMT换挡控制策略,对驱动电机设计基于空间矢量脉宽调制的最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制方法,最后在MATLAB/Simulink中建立PMSM+AMT系统模型,并完成换挡控制策略的仿真。结果表明,制定的换挡协调控制策略能将换挡冲击度控制在合理范围,提高了驾乘舒适性。The system,which includes permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and mechanical automated manual transmission(AMT)for a pure electric vehicle,is discussed in this paper.The mathematical model of the vehicle's power train system is established,and the shift process of the drive motor and the clutches two-speed AMT is analyzed,and the control strategy for PMSM to coordinate AMT shift is formulated.The maximum torque per ampere control method based on space vector pulse-width modulation is worked out for the driving motor.Finally,the PMSM+AMT system model is established in MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation of shift control strategy is completed.The results show that the formulated control strategy can reduce the impact of shift in some degree,and improve driving comfort.
