IRoot Sp对慢性闭锁性牙髓炎根管治疗患者IL-6、PCT及CRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析IRoot Sp对根管治疗的慢性闭锁性牙髓炎患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法收集2021年1月—2022年12月行根管治疗的慢性闭锁性牙髓炎101例的临床资料,按照治疗方案分为观察组54例和对照组47例。对照组应用AH PLUS,观察组应用IRoot Sp。比较2组手术前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、术后急症反应发生率、炎性因子、牙周相关指标。结果2组术后VAS评分随着时间延长而下降,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。观察组术后急症反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后IL-6、PCT、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组术后1、3个月菌斑指数、牙周袋探诊深度均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论慢性闭锁性牙髓炎根管治疗患者应用IRoot Sp可有效减轻术后疼痛,降低IL-6、PCT及CRP水平,且远期疗效理想。Objective To analyze the effects of IRoot Sp on the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with chronic closed pulpitis undergoing root canal therapy.Methods The clinical data of 101 patients with chronic closed pulpitis who received root canal therapy from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected,and were divided into observation group(n=54)and control group(n=47)according to the treatment plan.The control group was treated with AH PLUS and the observation group was treated with IRoot Sp.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,incidence of postoperative emergency response,inflammatory factors and periodontal indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the two groups decreased over time after surgery,and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The incidence of postoperative emergency reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,PCT,and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after surgery(P<0.01).The plaque index(PLI)and periodontal pocket probing depth(PD)were lower in both groups at 1 and 3 months after surgery than those before surgery,and lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of IRoot Sp in patients with chronic closed pulpitis undergoing root canal therapy can effectively reduce postoperative pain,and reduce IL-6,PCT and CRP levels,and the long-term effect is excellent.
