摘 要:为发现飞机舵机控制器热设计的薄弱环节,保证热设计的合理性和产品的安全性,对航空用舵机控制器进行了热设计仿真分析研究。采用ANSYS软件对舵机控制器建立热分析模型,分析其在70℃环境温度条件下,各个模块内部温度分布规律及潜在的高温失效元器件,避免由于温度过高而造成产品失效。根据热仿真分析结果,指出产品热设计的不足,提出电路板结构及元器件排布的改进设计方案,并对产品进行仿真迭代验证和高温工作试验。结果表明,产品热设计满足要求,仿真分析效果良好,仿真结果与实验结果基本一致,为后续产品的热设计与优化改进提供理论依据。In order to find the weakness of the thermal design of the aircraft actuator controller,ensure the rationality of thermal design and product safety,the thermal simulation analysis of the actuator controller is carried out.The thermal model of the actuator controller is established by using ANSYS software,the internal temperature distribution of the model and potential high temperature failure compo-nents are analyzed under the condition temperature of 70℃,avoiding product failure due to excessive temperature.Through thermal simulation analysis,the shortage of thermal design is pointed out,and the improved design scheme of circuit board structure and compo-nent layout is proposed,and the product is simulated iteratively and tested at high temperature.The results indicate that the require-ments of the thermal design of the product are meet,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent thermal design and optimization improvement of the product.
