摘 要:该文针对农村土地承包经营的确权问题,基于无人机航拍和摄影测量技术,实现农村土地面积、界址、位置和权属方面的调查。首先,利用搭载光学相机的无人机航拍各个村落,获取作业区域内的影像数据和对应的POS数据。其次,利用Inpho软件对具有少量的地面控制点进行空三加密,密集匹配生成数字表面模型(DSM),地物对象滤除获得数字高程(DEM),再进行数字微分纠正,制作数字正射影像(DOM)。最后,将DOM结合矢量图、基本农田保护等级的分类,获取土地边界信息,确定经营权属。实验测试表明:测点位置精度远高于农村土地权属调查中规定的精度要求。Aiming at determining the right to rural land contractual management,based on UAV aerial photography and photogrammetry technology,this paper realizes the investigation of rural land area,boundary,location and ownership.First,it uses UAVs equipped with optical cameras to take aerial photos of each village,and obtains image data and corresponding POS data in the operation area.Secondly,it uses the Inpho software to encrypt a small number of ground control points,generate a digital surface model(DSM)by densely matching,filter out ground objects to obtain a digital elevation model(DEM),and then conduct digital differential correction to produce a digital orthophoto map(DOM).Finally,it combines the DOM with vectorgraphs and the classification of basic farmland protection grades to obtain land boundary information and determine management ownership.The experimental test shows that the location accuracy of the measuring point is much higher than the accuracy requirements specified in the rural land ownership survey.
