基于“肺合大肠”理论探讨针灸调控肠道菌群治疗呼吸系统疾病

摘　　要：“肺合大肠”理论起源于《黄帝内经》,阐述了肺与大肠在病理上相互影响、生理上相互作用和经络上相互络属的表里关系。近年来,研究发现肠道菌群发生紊乱时,会出现多种炎性反应,免疫系统遭到抑制,出现肺部疾患。针灸可通过调控肠道菌群对呼吸系统疾病发挥效应。本研究结合中医理论及现代实验研究,基于肺合大肠理论与呼吸系统疾病和肠道菌群的对应关系探讨针灸调控肠道菌群治疗呼吸系统疾病的可行性以及针灸通过调控肠道菌群治疗呼吸系统疾病的作用机制,以期为临床治疗呼吸系统疾病提供新的中医诊疗思路。The theory of‘Lung connecting to Large Intestine’originates from Yellow Emperor s Inner Canon,which explains the relationship between Lung and Large Intestine in terms of mutual influence in pathology,mutual use in physiology,and mutual contact in meridians.In recent years,researches have found that when intestinal flora is disturbed,various inflammatory reactions occur,immune system will be suppressed,resulting in lung disorders.This study explored the feasibility of acupuncture in regulating intestinal flora in treatment of respiratory diseases and the mechanism of acupuncture in treating respiratory diseases by regulating intestinal flora based on the theory of Lung connecting to Large Intestine and the correspondence of respiratory diseases and intestinal flora,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment in Chinese medicine.
