摘　　要：“从阴引阳、从阳引阴”是阴阳观在治疗认知论上的具体体现,始终贯穿于针灸临床实践中。临床上针灸已经成为公认的治疗周围性面瘫的重要神经康复手段。本研究以周围性面瘫面部经筋气血闭阻、阴阳失衡的总病机为前提,根据其在急性期、恢复期和后遗症期不同分期下的病机特点和临床症候,用“从阴引阳、从阳引阴”理论探讨针灸临证时的选穴、配穴与针刺手法,阐述“从阴引阳、从阳引阴”法在针灸治疗周围性面瘫病的临床应用,进而为临床辨证和治疗方案提供与传统理论相契合的新思路。The concept of‘treating Yin for Yang disorder,treating Yang for Yin disorder’is the instantiation of Yin and Yang concept in cognitive theory and has been used in acupuncture clinical practice.Acupuncture is an acknowledged main neurorehabilitation method for peripheral facial paralysis.This study explored acupoints selection,acupoints compatibility and acupuncture manipulation by using the theory of‘treating Yin for Yang disorder,treating Yang for Yin disorder’according to pathogenesis feature and clinical symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage,recovery stage and sequelae stage,on the basis of the general pathogenesis of blockage of Qi and blood,as well as imbalance of Yin and Yang.It also elaborated the clinical application of‘treating Yin for Yang disorder,treating Yang for Yin disorder’in treatment of peripheral facial palsy by using acupuncture,in order to provide new ideas for clinical guidance and treatment ideas in line with the traditional concept.
