摘　　要：选取在武警特色医学中心实习轮转的2019级卫勤救援队学员设为全科组,营区队学员设为常规组,分别采用全科医师规范化培训模式及常规规范化培训模式,培训结束后对两组学员进行综合考评,并评价培训效果,以便为武警卫勤任职教育体制改革提供参考。The 2019 Grade medical rescue team students who practice in the Characteristic Medical Center of Chinese People's Armed Police Force in internship rotation were selected as the general practice group and the camp team students were set as the routine group.The standardized training mode of general physicians and the routine standardized training mode were used respectively.After the training,the two groups of students were comprehensively evaluated and the training effect was evaluated,so as to provide reference for the professional education reform of the Armed Police Medical Service.
