新时代医学生奉献精神培育的实践路径探析

摘　　要：医学生是否具备为社会、患者无私奉献的精神,成为新时代衡量医学生是否合格的价值尺度之一。医药院校要从教育和社会实践活动两个方面,拓展医学生奉献精神培育的实践路径。医学生奉献精神培育的实践路径主要有:构建奉献精神培育的总体布局;树立医学生为实现中华民族伟大复兴奋斗的信念;深化为患者服务的医德理念;结合专业特点,开展具有医药院校特色的社会实践活动等。Whether medical students have the spirit of selfless dedication to society and patients has become one of the value scales for measuring whether medical students are qualified in the new era.Medical colleges should expand the practical path for cultivating medical students'dedication spirit from two aspects:education and social practice activities.The practical paths for cultivating the spirit of dedication among medical students mainly include:construct an overall layout for cultivating the spirit of dedication;establish the medical students'belief in striving for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;deepen the medical ethics concept of serving patients;carry out social practice activities with the characteristics of medical colleges combining professional characteristics.
