摘 要:为探索竹笋加工废弃物的肥料利用途径,采用竹笋加工废弃物与竹材加工废弃物混合发酵的方法,研究了二者不同混合比例对发酵后产品质量的影响,比较了发酵后有机肥的pH值、碳氮比(C/N)、腐殖酸含量、容重等理化性质指标的差异。结果表明:随着竹材加工废弃物混合比例的增加,发酵产品有机碳含量呈增加趋势,而总氮含量呈现先增加后减少的趋势,且在竹材加工废弃物添加比例为20%和40%时的总氮含量达最高;在发酵产品中腐殖酸含量呈现增大的趋势,表明竹材加工废弃物更有利于腐殖质的形成。用种子发芽指数(GI)评价竹源有机肥的发酵成熟度结果显示,各处理GI值均显著高于对照,其中竹材加工废弃物的添加比例为20%、40%和60%的3个处理的GI值均大于120%,表明这3种混合发酵有机肥对种子萌发不但没有毒性,还具有一定的促进作用。In order to explore how to utilize bamboo shoot processing waste as fertilizer,this study adopts the method of mixing bamboo shoot processing waste with bamboo timber processing waste for fermentation,to understand the effects of different mixing proportions on the quality of fermented organic fertilizer,and compares their differences in pH value,C/N value,humic acid,bulk weight and other physicochemical properties.The results show that as the ratio of bamboo timber processing waste increases,the organic carbon content in the fermented fertilizer shows an increasing trend,while the total nitrogen content first increases and then decreases.The total nitrogen content reaches its peak when the ratio of bamboo timber processing waste is 20%and 40%.The humic acid content in the fermented fertilizer shows an increasing trend,indicating that bamboo timber processing waste is more conducive to the formation of humus.By comparing the fermentation maturity of bamboo-based organic fertilizer using seed germination index(GI),it is found that the GI value of each treatment is significantly higher than the control.Among them,the GI values of the three treatments that add 20%,40%,and 60%of bamboo timber processing waste in the fermentation are all greater than 120%,indicating that the three mixed proportions not only have no toxicity but also have certain promoting effect on plant seed germination.
