摘　　要：目的分析调强放疗和腔内后装放疗对宫颈癌肿瘤血管和血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法将2020年4月—2022年10月在郑州大学第一附属医院进行治疗的80例宫颈癌患者设为研究对象,随机分成观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),给对照组患者行三维适形放疗,观察组行强调放疗+腔内后装放疗,对比两组患者放疗后的结果。结果观察组患者的疾病控制率(85.00%)明显优于对照组(65.00%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者肿瘤血管相关数据[低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血管生成素-2(Ang-2)]明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血清肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)和肿瘤特异生长因子(TSGF)]相关数据优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者放疗后的损伤率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论宫颈癌患者采用强调放疗+腔内后装进行治疗,可有效缓解其血清标志物水平,对血管肿瘤的控制也有积极效果,安全性高,建议临床推崇使用。Objective To analyze the effects of intensity modulated radiotherapy and intracavitary radiotherapy on vascular and serum tumor markers of cervical cancer.Methods Totally 80 patients with cervical cancer who received treatment in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2022 were selected as research objects.They were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,and patients in the observation group were given emphasis radiotherapy and endovascular radiotherapy,and the results after radiotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results The disease control rate of observation group 85.00%was significantly higher than that of control group 65.00%,P<0.05.The relevant data of tumor blood vessels[hypoxy-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and Ang-2]in observation group were significantly better than those of control group,P<0.05.Serum tumor markers(CEA),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)in observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The injury rate of observation group after radiotherapy was significantly lower than that of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with cervical cancer,radiotherapy and endovascular retrofitting can effectively relieve the level of serum markers,and has positive effects on the control of vascular tumors with high safety,so it is recommended to be used clinically.
