安宫牛黄丸联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射液治疗赣南地区脑梗死急性期的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨赣南地区脑梗死急性期(ACI)患者应用安宫牛黄丸联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射液治疗的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将2021年1月-2022年12月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的ACI患者84例分为两组,每组42例。对照组采用传统常规治疗,观察组加用安宫牛黄丸(ANP)联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射液治疗,均连续治疗14d。对比两组临床疗效、神经功能、生活能力、昏迷程度及不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分低于对照组,格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分高于对照组(P均<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论ACI患者应用ANP联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射液治疗效果较佳,利于改善神经功能,减轻昏迷程度,提高生活能力,安全性好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Angong Niuhuang pill combined with edaravone and camphor injection on patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)in Gannan area.Methods 84 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with Angong Niuhuang pill(ANP)combined with edaravone and camphor injection for 14 consecutive days.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,life ability,coma degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and the Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);there is no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of ANP combined with edaravone and camphor injection in patients with ACI is better,which is beneficial to improve the neurological function,reduce the degree of coma,and improve the ability of life.It is safe and worthy of promotion.
