摘　　要：针对熔模铸造和砂型铸造航空发动机复杂油路管路铸件的多余物,总结了内腔多余物的种类,分析了每种多余物的形成原因,评估了多余物的清理难度,并从铸件毛坯结构设计、工艺设计、工序设计、生产管理等方面提出了多余物的全流程全面预防和控制策略。It is very difficult to prevent and control the inner reminder for the casting with complicated pipeline.This paper summarized the types of the reminder in the inner pipeline,and analyzed the causes and evaluated the removal difficulty.Meanwhile,this paper presented the all-flow prevention and control strategy including casting structure design,manufacture process optimization,process-flow improvement and production management.This study was helpful for the prevention and control of reminder for casting with the complicated inner structure.
