甲硝唑联合头孢克洛在单纯性牙周炎中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究甲硝唑联合头孢克洛在单纯性牙周炎治疗上的应用效果和临床价值。方法选取福建省福鼎市医院口腔科2018年9月—2022年10月收治的92例单纯性牙周炎患者作为主要对象,用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组各46例。对照组采取局部治疗联合甲硝唑口服,观察组采取局部治疗联合甲硝唑和头孢克洛口服,比较两组的有效性和安全性。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的3项牙周指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者均出现了一些不良反应症状,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用甲硝唑联合头孢克洛治疗单纯性牙周炎的临床疗效显著,改善牙周指标,并且联合用药未导致不良反应增多,故兼具有效性和安全性。Objective To explore the application effect and clinical value of metronidazole combined with cefaclor in the treatment of simple periodontitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with simple periodontitis admitted to the department of stomatology,Fuding Hospital,Fujian Province from September 2018 to October 2022 were selected as the main objects,and divided into two groups by random number table method,respectively named observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The treatment plan adopted by the control group was local treatment combined with metronidazole orally,and the treatment plan adopted by the observation group was local treatment combined with metronidazole and cefaclor orally.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The three periodontal indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There were some adverse reaction symptoms in observation group and control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole combined with cefaclor has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of simple periodontitis,improving the periodontal indexes,and the combined treatment does not lead to increased adverse reactions.Therefore,it is both effective and safe.
