摘　　要：目的围绕晚期胃癌患者,分析重组人血管内皮抑制素联合化疗治疗效果。方法选取湘南学院附属医院2020年4月—2021年4月收治的80例晚期胃癌患者进行研究,将所选病例信息输入Excel系统,按照系统编号的奇偶性分为两组,其中40例奇数者选择单纯化疗治疗,将其设为对照组,另40例偶数者联合重组人血管内皮抑制素治疗,将其设为观察组,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组毒副作用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用重组人血管内皮抑制素联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌,控制病情进展效果显著,安全可靠。Objective To analyze the efficacy of recombinant human endostatin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Xiangnan University from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected for this study.The selected case information was inputted into an Excel system and divided into two groups according to the parity of the system number.Among them,40 odd numbered patients were treated with chemotherapy alone and set as the control group.The other 40 even numbered patients were treated with recombinant human endostatin and set as the observation group,Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00%,higher than the 62.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum tumor marker levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of toxic and side effects between groups(P>0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human endostatin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is effective in controlling the progression of the disease,safe and reliable.
