摘　　要：弘扬科学家精神融入高校创新文化建设,对于高校创新人才培养具有重要的理论及现实意义。科学家精神为高校创新文化建设提供了价值遵循,高校创新文化建设为弘扬科学家精神提供了实践载体,二者具有内在统一性。把弘扬科学家精神融入高校创新文化建设要把握时代性、坚持民族性、突出实践性;通过加强融入认同,构建融入机制,拓展融入载体,优化融入环境等措施,实现弘扬科学家精神与高校创新文化建设在精神、制度、行为、物质等方面全方位的融合。Integrating the promotion of the spirit of scientists into the construction of innovation culture in colleges and universities has theoretical and practical significance for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.There is an inner logical association that the spirit of scientists provides value for the construction of innovation culture in colleges and universities,while the construction of innovation culture provides a practical carrier for carrying forward the spirit of scientists.Integrating the promotion of the spirit of scientists into the construction of innovation culture in colleges and universities must grasp the times,adhere to nationality,and highlight practicality;and can be achieved by strengthening the integration identification,building integration mechanisms,expanding integration carriers and optimizing integration environment in an all-round integration with spirit,system,behavior and material dimension.
