摘 要:试验旨在探究不同氮磷水平对中科羊草生物学特征和品质的影响。试验采用随机区组设计,氮肥、磷肥各设置3个水平,共10个处理组,N1、N2、N3分别施120、180、240 kg/hm2氮肥;P1、P2、P3分别施60、90、120 kg/hm2磷肥,N1P1、N1P2、N1P3为氮磷配施处理,CK为不施肥处理,每个处理重复3次。结果表明,N1P3羊草的株高显著高于除N2、N3、N1P2外的其他处理(P<0.05)。N1P2羊草的干草产量最高。N1P3羊草的叶长显著高于CK、P1、N1P1处理(P<0.05)。N3的叶宽显著高于其他处理(P<0.05)。N1P3羊草的叶数显著高于除N1、N2外的其他处理(P<0.05)。N3的粗蛋白含量显著高于除N2外的其他处理(P<0.05)。N3羊草的粗脂肪含量显著高于除N1、N1P1、N1P2、N1P3外的其他处理(P<0.05)。施肥均能够降低中科羊草的粗灰分含量。CK处理羊草的粗纤维含量最高(P<0.05)。N1处理羊草的酸性洗涤纤维含量最低(P<0.05),为34.28%。施肥均能够降低羊草的中性洗涤纤维含量。N1P2羊草的相对饲喂价值显著高于除N1、N1P1外的其他处理组(P<0.05)。研究表明,施肥可以提高中科羊草的生长性状和品质,氮、磷适宜配施量分别为120、120 kg/hm2。The study was to explore the effect of different nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)levels on biological characteristics and quality of Leymus chinensis.The experiment was conducted in a randomized block design.There were 10 treatment groups with three nitrogen application levels and three phosphorus application levels,N1,N2 and N3 were treated with nitrogen fertilizer 120,180 and 240 kg/hm2,respectively.P1,P2,and P3 were treated with 60,90 and 120 kg/hm2 phosphorus fertilizer,respectively.N1P1,N1P2 and N1P3 were treated with N and P combined application,and CK was not treated with fertilizer.Each treatment was repeated three times.The results showed that plant height of Leymus chinensis in N1P3 was significantly higher than that in all treatments except N2,N3 and N1P2(P<0.05).N1P2 Leymus chinensis had the highest hay yield.Leaf length of Leymus chinensis in N1P3 was significantly higher than that in CK,P1 and N1P1 treatments(P<0.05).The leaf width of N3 was significantly higher than that of other treatments(P<0.05).The leaf number of Leymus chinensis in N1P3 was significantly higher than that in all treatments except N1 and N2(P<0.05).The crude protein content of N3 was significantly higher than that of other treatments except N2(P<0.05).Crude fat content of N3 was significantly higher than that of all treatments except N1,N1P1,N1P2 and N1P3(P<0.05).Fertilizer application could reduce crude ash content of Leymus chinensis.The crude fiber content of Leymus chinensis in CK treatment was the highest(P<0.05).The content of acid detergent fiber in N1 treatment was the lowest(P<0.05),which was 34.28%.Fertilization could reduce the content of neutral detergent fiber in Leymus chinensis.The relative feeding value of Leymus chinensis in N1P2 was significantly higher than that in the other treatment groups except N1 and N1P1(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that fertilization can improve the growth traits and quality of Leymus chinensis,and the appropriate combined N and P application rates are 120,120 kg/hm2,respectively.
