摘 要:目的分析层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理工作中的应用价值。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月南华大学附属长沙中心医院ICU护理人员26名作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组13名,实施常规护理管理模式,观察组13名,实施层级护理管理模式,对比两组的护理工作质量、理论知识考核成绩、操作技术考核成绩、工作压力评分、工作疲惫感评分、工作满意度及护理错误事件出现率等。结果观察组基本技能、常规措施、护理态度、沟通技巧、病房管理、护理对策、护理文件评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组的理论知识考核成绩、操作技术考核成绩均高于对照组,工作压力评分、工作疲惫感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组的工作总满意度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理后,观察组护理错误事件总出现率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级护理管理模式应用于ICU护理管理中,管理效率甚佳,能够提升护理工作质量,改善护理人员个人情况,提升工作满意度,降低护理错误事件出现概率。Objective Analyze the application value of hierarchical nursing management model in ICU nursing management work.Methods A total of 26 ICU nursing staff from Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to South China University from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group consisted of 13 nurses who implemented conventional nursing management mode,while the observation group consisted of 13 nurses who implemented hierarchical nursing management mode.The nursing work quality,theoretical knowledge assessment scores,operational technology assessment scores,work pressure scores,and work fatigue scores of the two groups were compared Job satisfaction and incidence of nursing error events.Results The basic skills,routine measures,nursing attitude,communication skills,ward management,nursing strategies,and nursing document scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the theoretical knowledge assessment scores and operational skills assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the scores of work pressure and work fatigue were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the overall job satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After management,the total incidence of nursing error events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing management model in ICU nursing management has excellent management efficiency,which can improve the quality of nursing work,improve the personal situation of nursing staff,increase job satisfaction,and reduce the probability of nursing error events.
