加涅教学理论应用于股静脉穿刺置管术教学中的研究

摘  要:目的评价加涅教学理论对于股静脉穿刺置管术教学的影响。方法选择2021年9月—2022年12月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院重症医学科轮转的60名住院医师规范化培训医师作为教学对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,各30名。观察组由课题组教师带教,按照加涅教学理论进行教学。对照组由同一教师按照传统讲授模式教学。教学结束后比较两组学员的理论知识成绩、技能操作成绩及总成绩,以及问卷调查结果。结果观察组理论知识(81.9±6.5)分、技能操作(89.7±6.3)分及总成绩(169.6±7.6)分均高于对照组的(77.9±8.4)分、(74.1±9.3)分以及(152.0±11.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在调动学习积极性(100.0%vs 76.7%)、提高自学能力(86.7%vs 60.0%)、提高技能操作能力(100.0%vs 66.7%)、自我信心提升(93.3%vs 66.7%)、提高交流表达能力(80.0%vs 53.3%)、综合满意度(93.3%vs 70.0%)方面与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合加涅的教学理论和教学设计理念可以提高股静脉穿刺置管术操作的教学效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of Gagne´s education theory on the teaching of femoral vein catheterization.Methods A total of 60 trainees of standardized training for resident physicians who rotated at the Department of Critical Care Medicine of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected as teaching objects,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group of 30 people each.The observation group was taught according to the Gagne´s teaching theory by teachers from the research group.The control group was taught according to the traditional teaching mode by the same teacher.After the teaching,compared the theoretical knowledge scores,skill operation scores,and total scores of the two groups of trainees,as well as the results of the questionnaire survey.Results The observation group scored higher in theoretical knowledge(81.9±6.5)points,skill operation(89.7±6.3)points,and total score(169.6±7.6)points compared to the control group(77.9±8.4)points,(74.1±9.3)points and(152.0±11.1)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group in terms of mobilizing learning enthusiasm(100.0%vs 76.7%),improving self-learning ability(86.7%vs 60.0%),improving skill operation ability(100.0%vs 66.7%),enhancing self-confidence(93.3%vs 66.7%),improving communication and expression ability(80.0%vs 53.3%),and overall satisfaction(93.3%vs 70.0%).Conclusion Combining Gagne´s education theory and teaching design concept can improve the teaching effect of the femoral vein catheterization.
