品管圈活动在提高在职护士继续教育中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高在职护士继续教育中的作用。方法选取2020年5月—2021年3月广州医科大学附属第三医院在职注册护士873名为调查对象,以品管圈活动培训前后进行分组,培训前使用传统继续教育,培训后通过品管圈活动促进在职护士的继续教育,培训前后为同一批护士。通过自行设计调查问卷确定在职护士对继续教育的满意度情况,并对护士进行综合能力考核,此外,统计分析医师、患者对病区护士的综合满意度情况。结果品管圈模式的继续教育培训后,在职护士对继续教育培训的满意度高于培训前。培训后,患者对护理服务的满意度高于培训前。培训后,医师对护理配合的满意度高于培训前。培训后,在职护士的综合能力考核情况优于培训前。结论应用品管圈活动提高在职护士继续教育的主动性和有效性,提升了护理整体质量。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle activities in improving the continuing education of in-service nurses.Methods 873 on-the-job registered nurses from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the subjects of the survey.They were grouped before and after the training of quality management circle activities.Before the training,traditional continuing education was used.After the training,the continuing education of on-the-job nurses was promoted through quality management circle activities.Before and after the training,the same group of nurses were employed.Determine the satisfaction of in-service nurses with continuing education through self-designed survey questionnaires,and conduct comprehensive ability assessments on nurses.In addition,analyze the comprehensive satisfaction of physicians and patients with ward nurses.Results After continuing education and training in the quality control circle model,in-service nurses showed higher satisfaction with continuing education and training than before.After training,patients´satisfaction with nursing services was higher than before.After the training,the satisfaction of physicians with nursing cooperation was higher than before.After the training,the comprehensive ability assessment of in-service nurses was better than before.Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities can improve the initiative and effectiveness of continuing education of in-service nurses and improve the overall quality of nursing.
