摘  要:目的探讨住院医师规范化培训中心电图教学活动实施不同教学模式的效果与价值。方法选择2021年6月—2022年6月于包头医学院第一附属医院接受规范化培训的住院医师120名作为研究对象,按照随机编号抽签结果进行分组,每组60名,对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组开展基于问题的教学方法(problem based learning,PBL)联合六步读图法。对两组心电图理论知识、操作及读图成绩;评估两组教学前后学习能力及学习兴趣。结果观察组心电图理论知识、操作及读图成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,两组学习能力、学习兴趣评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,观察组学习能力、学习兴趣评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训过程中针对心电图教学活动可灵活采用PBL结合六步读图法模式,相比传统教学效果更理想,有效提高学习能力及兴趣。Objective To explore the effectiveness and value of implementing different teaching modes in the electrogram teaching activities of the standardized training center for resident physicians.Methods A total of 120 resident physicians who received standardized training at the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into groups based on the results of a random number lottery,with 60 doctors in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted problem based learning(PBL)combined with six step image reading method.Assessed the scores of theoretical knowledge,operation,and reading of electrocardiogram in two groups;evaluated the learning abilities and interests of the two groups before and after teaching.Results The observation group had significantly higher theoretical knowledge,operation,and reading scores of electrocardiogram than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of learning ability and interest between the two groups(P>0.05);after teaching,the learning ability and interest scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with six step map reading method can be flexibly used for electrocardiogram teaching activities in the process of standardized resident training.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the effect is more ideal,and the learning ability and interest can be effectively improved.
