无缝隙护理管理对护士工作积极性及护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨给予护士无缝隙护理管理对其工作积极性和护理质量的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2023年2月新疆医科大学第五附属医院神经内科和内分泌科42名护士,根据抽签法将其分为对照组、观察组,各21名,对照组护士用常规方法管理,观察组用无缝隙护理管理,分析两种管理方法的效果。结果观察组工作积极率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予护士无缝隙护理管理效果显著,不仅能提升护士工作积极性,提高护理满意度,还能提升护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of giving nurses seamless nursing management on their work motivation and quality.Methods From February 2020 to February 2023,42 nurses from the Department of Neurology and the De-partment of Endocrinology of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the method of drawing lots,with 21 nurses in each group.The nurses in the control group were managed by conventional methods and the observation group by seamless nursing management.The effects of the two management methods were analyzed.Results The work enthusiasm rate of the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving nurses seamless nursing management is effective,which not only improves nurses'work motivation and nursing satis-faction,but also improves nursing quality.
