能级管理在产科优质护理服务中的应用与效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨能级管理运用到产科优质护理中对提高护理服务质量的影响。方法选择2021年1—12月湖南省职业病防治院24名护理人员,实施常规管理作为对照组;选取2022年1—12月本院24名护理人员,实施能级管理作为观察组;比较两组护理人员护理工作质量评分和护理人员满意度评分。结果观察组各项护理工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论能级管理模式运用到产科优质护理服务中在提高护理人员护理工作质量的同时,还可以获得护理人员对护理服务的满意。Objective To explore the effect of applying energy level management to high-quality obstetric care on im-proving the quality of nursing services.Methods 24 nurses from Hunan Provincial Institute of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and were managed with routine management.24 nurses in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and were managed with energy level management.The nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction scores of nurs-ing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing work quality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the energy level management model in high-quality obstetric nursing services can not only improve the quality of nursing work,but also obtain the satisfaction of nursing staff with nursing services.
