摘　　要：目的分析持续质量改进应用于消化内科护理管理的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月滕州市第一人民医院消化内科的20名护士为研究对象,将护士采用数字法均分为两组,即对照组、观察组,两组分别采取常规管理、持续质量改进措施,比较其护理管理效果。结果观察组操作技能(45.23±3.24)分、服务态度(46.11±2.05)分、健康教育(46.31±2.16)分、病房管理(45.63±3.16)分及基础护理(45.63±3.41)分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理差错的发生率(0)比对照组(20.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药管理(94.12±2.11)分、风险防范(93.41±2.18)分、突发事件处理能力(93.38±2.09)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科的护理管理中,采取持续质量改进措施有助于提升护理管理质量,并提高护士的综合能力,减少各类护理差错,确保病房安全。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing management of gastroenter-ology department.Methods A total of twenty nurses from the department of gastroenterology from Tengzhou First People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by digital method:control group and observation group.The two groups took routine management and continuous qual-ity improvement measures respectively to compare their nursing management effects.Results The quality scores of op-eration skill(45.23±3.24)points,service attitude(46.11±2.05)points,health education(46.31±2.16)points,ward man-agement(45.63±3.16)points and basic nursing(45.63±3.41)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the obser-vation group(0)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of drug management(94.12±2.11)points,risk prevention(93.41±2.18)points and emergency han-dling ability(93.38±2.09)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of gastroenterology department,continuous quality improvement measures are helpful to improve the quality of nursing management,improve the com-prehensive ability of nurses,reduce all kinds of nursing errors.
